Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your order from RGB Setup.
Cancelling an order / changing your mind
If you purchase online, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, unless an exception under UK consumer law applies. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling. GOV.UK
After telling us that you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the item. GOV.UK

Condition of returned items
You may handle the product as you reasonably would in a shop to inspect it. If the item has been used or damaged beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and function, we may be entitled to reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value. Legislation.gov.uk
Return postage
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not as described, the customer is responsible for return postage costs where permitted by law.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos where appropriate so we can arrange a suitable resolution.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy, and we do not exclude responsibility for faulty goods or goods that are not as described. GOV.UK
Refunds
Once your return has been received, or you provide evidence that it has been sent back where applicable, we will process the refund as required by UK consumer law. Refunds are normally made to the original payment method. Legislation.gov.uk
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to show the refund after it has been processed.
